How do I determine the correct size bicycle to buy?
A: Bike frames are sized differently depending on what style of bike you are looking to purchase and what the bike's intended useage is. Mountain bikes are generally measured in inches. The Iron Horse scale is 15" to 21". A sizing guide for the 2008 Iron Horse bike line is below. As people's personal measurements and riding preferences can vary, please use this as a guide and not as a definitive scale. When possible, it is always best to test ride a bike prior to purchase to ensure correct fit and feel.
