FAQ

What spring rate should I use for my bike?

A: Spring rate is something that can greatly affect the ride quality of your dual suspension bike. Too soft and the bike will not pedal as crisply, wallow through it's travel, and bottom out more frequently. Too firm and you will loose small bump sensitivity, not take advantage of the full benefits of the dw-link system, and not have full range of wheel travel. Spring rates will be determined by a combo of your riding weight (ie. your weight with riding clothes, helmet, tools, 1/2 full hydration pack, and any lighting system) shock stroke, frame travel, and sag amount.
